The biggest use of such thing now...agri lands  kuda collateral ga use cheyochu..!!! increased capital flow..whoa.!!

Yes, first time ever in India SBI even started giving loans for buying agriculture lands up to 2 acres. This will definitely increase investor confidence as well

Land can be definetely used as a collateral...kakapothey mana degara government value okati..market value okati edichindi..plus daniki todu, crop loan encumbrance and such inconsistency on ownership..

atleast land mortgage vunte, we can unlock the capital potential and investment...petubadi badhalu anna taggutayi...
