International flight lo face shield is optional but mask cumpulsory. Domestic lo gown(middle seats only) face shield and mask. It is annoying.

Try to avoid if it is not emergency. Airports lo social distancing ledhu em ledhu.. middle seats lo dont sit ani paper pettina no one cares.. only masks veskuntunaru migitha antha lite .. 

flight motham mask thone undali .. it gets annoying at one point.. I had to cover my face with blanket and remove mask to sleep happily..

why would you think they cant travel, 

Air india is operating their flights Us to india and India to US, your parents have a valid visa, i dont think there is anything that can stop their entry at this point of time.
