Slipped on wet floor and fell down at Walmart

I went to Walmart just now it was raining outside and when I went in I just slipped and and fell on my knee 

abrasion and sprain in the ankle 

my flip flops got damaged 

they apologized for not placing the wet floor symbol and called the manager 

I said that’s ok as I didn’t have much injuries and didn’t wanted to waste time so returned home 

 

Something else I could have done or done differently

You should have called your lawyer and sued Walmart

If you complain then some poor fellow will end up losing his job. Don’t bother since you don’t have any injuries. 

If this were to happen in India the we will blame ourselves for not being careful while visiting the rest room. Apply the same logic here.
