Why Indians don't care about Economy

Indians are more family oriented and always worried about providing for family than anyone else I know in the world. That thought and actions always helps economy. They may not know economy in terms like  gdp etc. But they do care. Just bcos some person who thinks he is an intellectual tweets, it does not make it right.
