Feel secured 

can borrow uppu karam sometimes 

parents find company 

 

cons:

less privacy , more stalking 

roaches , bugs

Leasing office / management doesn’t give a f*ck  about complains , becoz all desis

Desi girls are good looking, kanisam intiki invite cheyochu on the name of neighbour. 

Tella tollu kalavaru raru pilavaru.

Only Pros -> mana apartment nundi curry smell ochina ok, issues/embarassing emundadhu

Cons -> Everything other thing(internal desi politics, casette issues, jealous, desi overaction/torcher etc.,)

Oka guy from Masters Aavedhana. Vadi wife swimsuit veskoni apartment swimming pool ki pothe vuncles and vaunties soopultho guchi Saava mingaru anta ( Vaadi wife from Bangalore). Vadu next month ne individual home ki shifted.

rental apartments aithe better to avoid desi santha....town house better..koncham privacy.

buying a house ante better to live in desi neighborhood....desi's always choose good school districts, safe area's, kids ki better company plus avasaram unnappudu desi neighbors will help us....like when I was in India, i text my neighbors to watch out my house, water my plants, clear mail box etc etc and small handyman related help kuda chestharu.
