The White House:

President Trump’s cabinet is more white and male than any first cabinet since Ronald Reagan’s.

Corporate America:

Less than a quarter of the most valuable public companies in the U.S. have a chief executive of color. There are now fewer Black chief executives leading Fortune 500 companies than there were less than a decade ago.

The House of Representatives:

A quarter of the representatives are people of color, making the current class the most diverse ever. Fourteen states, however, have yet to elect a Black, Asian or Hispanic official to Congress, according to data collected by the House.

The Police:

More than half of the 25 largest police forces in the U.S. are run by people of color — the most diverse set of leaders among the categories we reviewed. However, this diversity in leadership has not served as a guarantee against the targeting of marginalized groups.

Higher Education:

Among the universities ranked in the top 25 by U.S. News and World Report, none are led by Asian or Black academics, and only one school is led by a Hispanic president.

Television and Hollywood:

The heads of the biggest studios, streaming services, broadcast networks and cable channels reflect a trend that pervades Hollywood. White actors dominate screens, and white directors are over-represented behind the camera.

Music:

For an industry that owes much of its fortunes to Black artists, there are few executives of color.

Outside of tech and sports , everything else is held by white leadership . 

Everything starts at the education , schools are extremely segregated meaning  poor people do not have the oppurtunity to attend good schools .

University admissions are extremely arbitrary and discriminatory , affirmative action is just a ruse to help the white students especially white women .  Over 50% of the admissions in ivy league are from alumni family or donations . A person like Rahul Gandhi would never get admission to any University by purely looking at merit but he got to attend Harvard due to his wealth and power , same for nara lokesh

Even the so called liberal voters are extremely discriminatory , they overwhelmingly support zoning laws that  does not allow low cost housing and thus ensuring segregation and the cycle of poverty continues

whites are afraid of competition, just like uppercaste in India. 

so they create institutions that benefit them and hide behind 'merit' certificates these institutions hand out. now and then, they give token certificates to people of color to keep this scam going.

pure competition is scary for those in power. its not just whites.
