She can travel boss. it means visa was approved under National Interest Exception 

also she better to travel with in 30 days of visa issuance. check this link below

Why giving wrong information man if you don’t know just tell him don’t know..

Bro she can travel no issues .my wife had stamping in august she had the NIE on visa.. but they will call for 2nd level inquiry are POE which is common for those who got stamped after the EO.Dont worry nothing happens

H4 ki malli interview em undadu man same questions untai..they will verify his husband details anthey..ma wife vachindi kada they took her 2nd level verification and send her in 2mins..jara visa experiences chudu august almost 50% h4 travelled with there kids
