its  a normal thing, economy has had impacted a bit, people lost their jobs, financially lot of them got weak...

businesses has to offer you something for them to be in business. This Should not be a surprise or question.

my lease is up for renewal soon and actually had no plan to move but now hunting to move near by if I can find a better deal...

2 months rent free aithe pretty much andaru offer cheatunaru...especially those massive apartments , newly built one lo okadu 2 months rent free and $1000 towards moving expenses anta..
