See no one can guess how many people will apply if any additional dependents are added so oka rough date ki move chesthaadu and they will see how many people apply if they exceed the number of visas available they have to retrogress

Agreed, but the only unknown is the dependents as they already have I-140 approval information available. Dependents are usually predictable (2.1 times the primary applicants)
