All it matters is Frisco ISD. Little elm is good if it falls under Frisco ISD. Like someone said commute to Irving, downtown will be horrible during peak hours.

2017-2018 was the peak in Frisco, Irving and Plano......... Last 3 years emi price increase avvaledu, it stayed the same........ more or less its stabilizing.

McKinney Allen and Little Elm not that much good.

Little elm lo FM 423 dikku , 380 Rock him , Holly hock ani tisukunnaru ma friends , valla stories vintey badheustundi. Gumpu lo giving la tiskunnaru.....papam....highway antaru but horrible. Peak hours lo daily commute antey Starts count cheyali. Too much horrible. Better avoid that area. Near 121 area lo tisuko 

like from 121 within 4 miles. Good

People go north of Frisco because they are affordable. 121 ki  4 miles lo ante they r too expensive.
