Same boat . November lo expired . Moved and thought to renew there in new state . Ippudu title ledu to renew . Call cheste duplicate title kosam VA vadu Illinois to Undi antadu . Illinois vadu VA to undi antadu . Lien ayipoyi 5 years . I can’t register now without title  .  Driving without registration . I came to know I have to pay 50$ per month fine even if I register now .

You can sell it without title..  buyer will take care of that.. but konchem rate taggistaadu..
