Chennai also has a functioning municipal system where municipal codes are strictly enforced . You can't build high rises like Hyderabad/banglore , that's why land is relatively cheaper

prime areas like guindy or other area lo ekkada chusina drainage paruthuntadhi, roads beautiful anodhu bro pls, Hyd is much much better and clean relatively. Asalu tamil culture lo neatness/cleanliness ane words doesn't exist. Inka land cost vishayaniki vasthe akkada prime areas lo 1.5 to 2 lakhs per yard undhi.
