Is it possible to get NRI loans on lands?

Is it possible to get NRI loans from Indian Banks for lands?  Usually mana deggara chaala difference untundhi between market price and government price. I don't have lump sum but can cope with monthly payments with 30% down for 1 crore land for example. Do suggest if you or anyone you know have availed such loans from Indian banks.

Difficult to get NRI loan for lands. You can get it for Independent house or on a apartment which will be constructed in future. Try HDFC housing loan , LIC housing loan and others.
