నేరచరిత నేతలపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు సంచలన ఆర్డర్

న్యూఢిల్లీ: నేరచరిత గల నేతల కేసుల పరిష్కారానికి వారం రోజుల్లో యాక్షన్‌ ప్లాన్‌ ఇవ్వాలని హైకోర్టులకు సుప్రీంకోర్టు సూచించింది. 9 అంశాలను యాక్షన్‌ ప్లాన్‌లో చేర్చాలని సుప్రీంకోర్టు వివరించింది. ప్రతి జిల్లాలోని పెండింగ్‌ కేసులు, ప్రత్యేక కోర్టుల సంఖ్య..అందుబాటులో ఉన్న కోర్టులు, జడ్జిల సంఖ్య, పదవీ కాలం, ప్రతి న్యాయమూర్తి ఎన్ని కేసులు పరిష్కరించగలరో.. పరిష్కారానికి పట్టే సమయాన్ని పొందుపర్చాలని సుప్రీంకోర్టుర స్పష్టం చేసింది. కోర్టుల మధ్య దూరం, మౌలిక సదుపాయాలను కూడా యాక్షన్‌ ప్లాన్‌లో చేర్చాలని సూచించింది. స్టే ఉన్న కేసులను కూడా 2 నెలల్లో కొలిక్కి తీసుకురావాలని పేర్కొంది. హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి పర్యవేక్షణలో కేసుల పురోగతి, అమికస్‌ క్యూరీ ఇచ్చిన సిఫార్సులపై హైకోర్టు చీఫ్‌ జస్టిస్‌లు సూచనలు, సలహాలు ఇవ్వాలని కోరింది. అమికస్‌ క్యూరీకి ఈమెయిల్‌ ద్వారా యాక్షన్‌ ప్లాన్‌ పంపాలని సుప్రీం ఆదేశించింది. తదుపరి విచారణ రెండు వారాలకు వాయిదా వేసింది.
