So I re-checked with my senior friends, one guy told, company lo budget next year roll over kakapothay they do this, and use contractors as much as they can as they unable to extend contracts ani. 

Please guys I am in dilemma, advice please, what is possible scenario ? thanks. I will update this thread after  a month once my contract ends or extends, thank you. So it will useful to someone.

when you are anxious about extension, you will end up seeing everyhing from this angle

OT budget getting extended means they cannot hire anymore for a while, same resources should get more work done anukovachu kada

when they have already decided to extend or not to extend, you being anxious can only make it worse, you being confident and take more work can put you in better spot, enjoy the extra hours and chill with extra beers
