right now hoarding agriculture produce is crime reason? if you store a lot of the produce you can control the price artificial demand will be created and then store chesina vaadu king avuthaadu now govt dhanni legal chesthundhi so see what corporates like reliance , DMart can do. They can go to any state and buy directly from farmers and store entha kaavali antey antha

there is no provision in these laws that corporates like Adani-Wilmar & Reliance will have to compulsorily procure at a rate more than MSP?
in all fairness if there was such a provision this would be much better option but they had their intentions leaving out such a provision in the bill

Modi government in a nutshell , think of a good idea , rush through with it disregarding concerns . When it backfires start religious politics.

I am not against this bill but atleast keep some provisions to save farmers

KCR okkade kadu Haryana and Punjab are dead against it.

For public consumption, it was mentioned in the Bills that farmers could sell their produce anywhere in the country. But in reality, the Bills would enable the traders to go anywhere in the country to buy the produce. The Bills would also help the corporate lobby to spread across all corners of the country and pave the way for private traders. Basically middlemen malla price gouging chestaru and artificially inflate or deflate chestaru.

They are saying that farmers can sell their produce anywhere in the country with these new Bills. But is it possible for farmers to take their small produce to long distance areas bearing the heavy transportation charges and sell it at a fair price? These Bills are nothing but a sugar-coated pill.

major concern is slow ga mega corporations vastayi,  it will put the agriculture sector in the hands of corporate, vadu chepindi pandiyali, vadu chepina price ki ammali. Starting lo win-win untadi. Kani taruvata iddariki consumers and framers band baja undavachu. Monna nitin gani bheesma cinema type anuko

Good or bad, we need a change of system.

We have seen the existing system of procurement and marketing and was partial success and huge failure. Market needs to decide the price of a commondority, it should not be an election promise to fix the price of produce but unfortunately MSP ani fix chesi, artificial pricing create chesi, go downs ni nimpadam thapa emi ledu..

A quintal of paddy is procured at 2200 per quintal. This is nothing but a joke and you will not believe me but paddy husk  and cattle feed is now more expensive than grains. But every year Govt is procuring million tonnes for this price, a third of which is written off every year and another part for distribution and remaining lying rotten in the go-downs.

I support BJP on this Bill .... I see good for the farmers... But i do not know why KCR is opposing it.... Unless i am missing something... Brahmi-2_1.gif?1337103173

This bill hurts KCR a lot. Kaleshwaram and Palamoor valla oka 40-50 lakh new ayacut vachindi and andulo two crops paddy. Telangana is on the way to become countrys' biggest rice market. Miryalguda already has India's largest rice yard and rice mills which cater to almost 20% of India's market.  New rice yards are coming up in Karimnagar, Dameracherla, etc and almost 500 new and modern, automated rice mills are coming up in these districts and work is on full swing.

With this new bills, Tamil Nadu and Bengal might dent the backbone of TG's agrarian economy.
