True, I asked couple of women in my village their answer is " Doc said it's good for health"

I said that's bs, demand natural delivery, but C is so built into people that, they don't even question anymore.

Very Good Post Bruh.

Depends on case to case. My friends wife had a caesarean because the baby had a very large head and he wasn't coming out the natural way. They tried and tried but after a while the pain was unbearable so opted for caesarean.

Db la @Gnan_anna unna doctors , if any (others) ki due respect tho...

Not mean to insult...we are driven into the process...with meanness

Manchi topic raise chesinav bro...according to who caesarian sections more than 15 percent of total deliveries doesn't signify any decrease in mortality rate.

Caesarian sections cheyadaniki chala reasons unnayi medical and non medical.

Medical- breech presentation, prom, cephalopelvic disproportion, macrosomia baby, polyhydramnios, risk 0f previous surgery related scar rupture, preeclampsia, eclampsia, placenta previa, arrest of labour due to insignificant uterine contraction, exhausted mother, hiv infected mother, previous case of pph...ila chala unnayi bro.

Non medical reasons are- cannot bear the pain, jathakaala pichi, own inhibitions ila.For exampley wife is ready to hear the labour pains and maximum she wants to go for vaginal delivery unless the medical reasons...she is stubborn in this aspect whereas her aadapaduchu outright rejected vaginal delivery for two reasons- okati she can't bear the pain rendu her family had bad history with natural delivery it seems...no judgements here ...a women is free to chose her own process.

Human delivery is a complex process bro where each stage may have tremendous complications detrimental for baby and mother. We can't segregate them that easily nor categorise any criteria for ceasarian or vaginal delivery.

Inka doctors daggaraki vachesariki it is true that some of the black sheep amongst us does this for business purposes but we can't paint everyone with the same brush...okkosari labour madhyalo complications ravochu...avi cheppina pts attenders artham chesukoru...ikkada andarikiana laga literacy level undakapovachu...appudu kuda blind ga natural ki try chesthe bidda thalli sachipotharu valla attenders mammalni sampestharu...it will be like a catch 22 situation for us...okkosari labour pains and contraction sarrigga initiate avvskapothey kuda they will immeadiately go c section.Andaru doctors monetary benefits chudaru bro...if that was the case India lo health care system sankha naaki poyedhi.

There are lot of misconceptions regarding c section like epidural as you mentioned and sorry bro for my harsh words but that is pure bs...epidural has complications same like any other medicine or procedure, even the normal paracetamol will have life threatening complication in certain conditions, epidural leading to osteoporosis is unheard of...inkoka funfact cheppalna bro, natural delivery lo one of the main issue perineal tear where the tear occurs from vaginal opening to **** opening leading to feacal incontinence....imagine yourself in the position where the defecation control is lost...itkantivi kuda chala unnayi natural delivery complications...thyroid issues and hormonal issues after delivery be it any type are pretty common...we cannot tag them bro because human delivery is a wonderful process and a key to natural course of evolution....it intricately changes the mother body to adapt herself to bear another human form and rapidly change after delivery ..so our physiology changes and anatomy changes before and after delivery, these problems are bound to occur.

Finally it is misconception that only c section leads to complication and natural is ok...no even natural also has life threatening complications.

Ivi explain chesey opika kontha manadhi doctors ki undadhu explain chesina viney opika majority janaalaki undadhu...andhukey ee situation...oka sari kudirithey obstetrician tho matlaadu bro mind blowing experiences untayi regarding women and her family perceptions towards delivery methods, jathakaala pichi mamoolga undadhu janaalaki...

Paamu kaatu ki manthram vesey desham manadhi bro...we have a lot to achieve in health literacy...

Mostly awareness leka. Usually family lo elders unte cheptaru C section ki velladdu ani. Ma pinni she told every kid of our generation not to take epidural and try for normal. Pains lo tittukunna kind of they listened to her. Most times awareness undadu doctor chepparu kada ani they follow. Doctors mistake valla hand nerves tegipoyina case kuda ma intlo undi. Ma ammamma normal impossible ani cheptunna doctor nuvvemanna doctor va ani they asked my grand ma to leave the room and tried normal baby stuck and they pulled the baby which made her handicapped. Treatment going on from 14 yrs and this happened in san diego in most famous hospital . So we cant always take decisions. Common ground and common sense use cheyali.

@RedThupaki bro, good research and great thread.

Make a list of dos and don'ts for woman to have a healthy natural delivery. Another list which information about treating problems with natural food during pregnancy. Ivi rendu easy for many to follow.

And if you plan on fighting against the hospitals and medical business model. I can assure it will not be fruitful.

In general our health system is flawed. People's perception of staying healthy is also not correct. Health sector needs major reforms with special focus on lifestyle and preventive helathcare in India.

I am currently working on an economic model related to preventive healthcare and lifestyle management. If there is enough money to be made then it will pickup without any issues .

Agree that majority of the doctors are just bookworms and don't know any better.

Their ego is more than patient's life.

That being said, there are wonderful doctors as well.

Anyways, C section is the way to go nowadays.

Its better than Normal with Epidural.

We aren't doing farming anymore.. Most of us are into IT.

Risk is more compared to yesteryears if women doing IT go for Normal without epidural.

Yeah ...fighting against a bad system is impossible but atleast people should aware that cheating can happen in medical world..

Eg.. doctorss...medicalll....labs..phaaa...etc...overall medical field is also a business
