I don't think so. TG lo cadre kuda ledu. Party decimated. AP lo no.of MLA seats thakkuvey kani , they still have the party cadre kada. If cadre untey with enough money and proper leadership any party can bounce back.

Nah..not any more. Fortunately CBN was lucky enough to have had a kind of cadre holding his party together and cadre was there because AP has always been a two party environment. But that scenario is changing with multiple power centers...Cadre will not be there anymore as it used to.
