I think instead of blocking the users, restricting users temporarily or restricting character count for some time may be more efficient than banning the user..

first time restriction: week

second time: 10 days ala

more than two times tarvata, restric the character count to just 100 characters Etc..

Block the IP address instead of user ID. Post VPN ads on the site. Abuse taggudhi and mee revenue peruguthondhi 😀
