why do you think so? I am hearing that many people are getting GC without interviews. Wastage may not be more than 20k if they go with same pace.

Also people in 2012 are getting their EAD cards printed i think some centers are slow and some are fast and heard that they are redistributing the work loads. Think they are doing their best.
