EAD processing nunchi physical GC acche time frame lo people apply for ead and AP. But if they are really giving you GC in less than a month by processing i485 so quick. Why bother about ead and AP then.

last interview schedule was for 10/2009 EB3 person on trackitt tracker

looks like the policy to waive interview has already been taken, its a matter to assigning GC numbers in last quarter, that explains the medical RFE's

EB1's get all kind of exceptions/waivers, i would not count EB1 for any estimation for EB2/3

EB1 edavalu clear aite EB2 will see rapid movement, EB3 wont anywhere beyond 2011
