It’s not illegal, you can do 2 jobs on consulting. But you should be able to answer how you covered 80 hours if you were to be questioned. The chances of that happening are slim

2 jobs  vaste, me employer support cheste happy ga chesko

I hand 2 concent h1 and I do 2 jobs from last 2 years

Plus one has to file LCA with two clients info and employee or employer has to declare to clients about second setup. If not it’s not legal as per any client terms

H1b lottery is only for 1st time h1b . Ah taruvata lottery isnt applicable. Amendments/ extns / transfers/concurrent h1 ki kuda lottery to no link.
