Typical issue may be...

I have approved I-140 from old employer...joined fulltime in Oct 2019...They are going to start Green card process next month...Ee kottha employer tho I-140 approve ayye varaku wait cheyalainde kada...even dates current ayina for GC/EAD filing...

@godfather03  if u want to stick to new employer, then yes you have to wait..but 140 and I485 rendu apply cheyochu oke sari if ur date is current.

it will take 3 months for LCA documentaition filing and approval.

a tarvata 140-485 simultanoeus ga apply cheyochu.

Priority Date (PD) ante PERM acknowledge ayina date ee kada...
