So mine is april 2014, so its better to downgrade to EB3 and apply for 485?

 

but i changed my employer in 2019 and i have I140 with the new employer. This is done as a SII (Successor In Interest) process. So can i still use my old employer PERM and new employer I140 for 485? @Spartan

Pd is in Aug 2016 eb2 . FT joined recently..if I go back to my old employer..vaadu i140 apply chestha saripodda or perm nunchi process cheyyala ...I was with my old employer for more than 3 years after that i140 got approved

Spartan uncle I m same situation. 140 approved from old employer and  PD Is DEC 2013 EB2. 
 

new Employer started GC process and filed PERM. 
 

Stick with new employer or move to old employer ?
