Eb3 file chesina employer tho chepinchavachu. Edho interfiling ani antaru.. like keeping both EB3 and EB2 applications in queue. Check with your immigration lawyer.

Tattukondi....EB lo you have to use 'Final Action' dates for Sep 20 and its been the same for long time. Wait until USCIS tells otherwise. EB lo Dates of filing means nothing for a long time. Will see if it changes this time.
