EaD vasthe you dont need to maintain h1 status anymore. You will be on ead. Eligible to apply for advance parole.

Bhayya, pd in 2016 September, eb2 lo... recently oka 6 months mundu changed company...they will start gc process soon..eb3 lo cheyyacha to retain the date...okavela old employer ki velte, can he start from 140 process from there itself without perm..pls.adivse
