EB3 downgrade and concurrent filing, is it possible with filing dates or final action dates

Employer is saying concurrent filing is only possible with final action dates not filing dates..  Thu neeyamma EB3 lo cheyinchukunna poyedi I140

Yes in Trump era they never allowed using filing dates, they don’t allow this time also

Yes USCIs has confirmed 

adjustment of status can be filed only with Final action dates ... they don’t give a  about adjustment dates..

hooefully it might change for Oct bulletin coz uscis needs Money ... but never know

there are chances they may allow it, it is upto them

it also gives an idea about final action dates in coming months

if the filing dates remain the same if biden wins that admin may allow filings EAD’s
