EB3 vallu line lo wait chesi, in the process, gained more experience and so now eligible for ‘upgrade’ ane silly reason tho portability allow chesirru...

But, EB2 vallu same adhe line lo wait chesi, more ‘experience’ vachinanduku no such provision/ benefit.

What more funny/silly is, now they can (need to) ‘downgrade’ back to EB3, which is nothing but they are saying, they are indeed less qualified than EB2 even after getting huge ‘experience’ behind them, and they don’t deserve to be in EB2.
