Ee page prakaram Adjustment of status can be filed only based on Final action dates and they never gave a  about the Adjustment dates

That's not what they said in the bulletin. You will have to wait until Jan 2021 to know exactly how much progress we made. They didn't want to move in one bulletin.

No bro .. if your PD is current based on the final action dates chart then you can file if not you cannot .

Section B is uses less chart .., only final action dates matter as per uscis which are 

as of oct 2020 bulletin 

EB2 - 1 Sep 2009

EB3 - 15 Jan 2010

Otherwise  no use

It is a political stunt bro ... November lo dates will move back ... they never honored the Filing dates ... they only accept applications for processing based on Final Dates
