@veerigadu question. Aa 80k eb3 guys lo 80% eb2 ki port aipoi untaru until 2015. 
 

So if eb3 till 2015 is 40k, andulo port aipoina vaallu atleast 32K. Migilindi 8k*2 = 16k.

 

so genuinely 16k eb3 guys with pd before 2015 were waiting until october visa Bulletin released. 
 

now lets say 168k eb2 applicants are waiting with pd before 2015, and 40% downgrade before october 31st. Then we have 67k*2 = 134K ported applicants.

 

total eb3I applicants will be nearly 150K before end of october. 
 

 

do you still think Filing dates will move forward in next bulletin?
