Hyderabad outskirts Shankarpalli farm house project - 70 lakhs

Anyone has any idea about the farmhouse project. Heard big project is coming (nearly 300 acres) costing 70 lakhs (1 acre) but only 1500 sq yds allocated. Please tell if you know any details or is it worth ?

Asalu 1 acre endhi, 70 lakhs endi, 1500 sq yards endi. ardham kale bro. We've lands between shankarpally and Vikarabad. akkada apple gate royal farms ani oka venture undi, but thats 100 acres lo. Near nawabpet. vadivi anni around 600sq yard farm plot with fruit plantation. i'm not sure about any 300 acres venture.

Idhi Phoenix valladhi anta . chala pedha venture (they will start phase by phase). They will launch it soon. 1500 sq yds allocate chestharu (for this 70 lakhs) . Golf court, clubhouse, big function hall , swimming pool, hospital etc...  This place is between Shankarpalli and mominpet . Approximately 16 kms from Shankarpalli. Already 30 acres sold anta....

current trend choosthunte , people are showing interest for such vacation homes (that too its not too far from the city) Weekend enjoyment or family vacation, farming vegetables ki manchi option

Phoenix ante reliable bro, but farm plot 4500/- ante konchem ekkuva. If its less than 10km from shankarpally town then thats ok. But anything beyond 10km from shankarpally towards momimpet ante monchem ekkuva. 2500 to 3000 pettochu. but Phoenix antunnav kabatti vaadi brand royalty collect chesthunadu anamaata

Bro Chevella-Shankarpally highway 3KM from Pragathi resorts 1.1c cheptunnadu acre. nenu naa brother Kalisz teeskundam anukuntunnam. Is it worth it.
