The 485/Ead will be applied only based on final Action dates
The filing dates are a recommendation from state government
 Whether to honor those or not is an USCIS decision
 Filing dates have no meaning if AOS Dates doesn't change.... Hence back to square  one ...... Focus on 386, this is just a distraction

uscis is going to use Final actions dates for employment based .
