Also as per latest news we cant use filing date and can only final action date. That means nothing changed for EB2 as final action dates are same as last month. Is this true?

yes, FAD is the guideline..so nothing changed for anyone..

unless USCIS changes soemthing for EB3, then we can think of downgrading to EB3  @Moon_Walker
