Justification for Upgrade/ downgrade?

Upgrade to EB2: GC line lo wait chesi chesi aa process lo experience and new skills add chesukuni eligible ayyam annaru...

Downgrade back to EB3: GC line lo wait chesi chesi, aa process lo experience and new skills add chesukuni eligible ayyam... but inka date move avvaka poyesariki pichhi vallam ayyi... mental ekki, lost all skills and knowledge... and we don’t deserve to be in EB2 antaara?

 

Picchi laws.... just to mint money from poor (but greedy) Indians.

Same employer ithe you can, just need  to reapply 140, do that in premium. But you never know the crowd.... EB3 may see high demand again.
