I-485 Application deadlines

Hi friends, I am new to the DB.. i am posting them below. Please try to answer if you can...

Congratulations to every one who got PD current in October 2020 VB.

1) My filing date is in November 2014. Am i eligible to apply for I-485 in EB3. There is lot of confusion going on with filing date and final action date.
2) If i can apply, how much time will i be having to send my application to USCIS ? Will USCIS only accept the application before November VB?
The reason for this ask is, I work in one of the financial firms, were its difficult to keep hold of attorneys. Just wanted to understand if i can have at least a
month to file the application.
3) Will i need to apply for both I-485 and AP?

1) Yes they have to file I-140 and I 485 concurrently 

2)October 31st 

3)attorney will apply for ead and AP along with 485
