After 140 approval with Emp B you can apply for EAD.... Emp B first 140 techukuni have to wait for date to become current....

You have to file perm ASAP  with B and then i140 and 485 simultaneously

FT ah ? Ayite em cheyaleru . Desi company Ayite u can ask him to do ASAP . Still 6-8 months perm ki ( audit padakapote ) and then need to file i140. Its kinda an year process .
