EB2 PD Current in DOF chart but not in FA chart.

 

ee situation lo I485 ki apply cheyyakapothe emi avuddi? Will we still get H-1 extensions like earlier?

Filing date lo current unte asalu enduku apply cheyatledu.. dont you need GC?

I relocated from one location to another location and never bothered about it until now.

Go back to previous location temporarily and apply 485 uncle .. dont miss chance.  You can apply for h1 renewal without any issue though

adi ma legal vallu decide chestaru. I own a home. If I have to go to another location for atleast 6 months, I don't think it is worth the effort.

Your company is not using DF but will only allow you to file when FA dates comes

DF dates that moved will surely move FA dates as well, by July you will see FA and DF close to less than 6 months, you may get to file again in Oct/2021

Lol vuncle nee pd epudu? Do you know in 2011 nov prioriy dates moved to may 2010 .. it took 11yrs to cross those dates just in filing chart. Good luck
