EB3 lo apply cheskunte, EB2 ki move avvadam more involved process. Ippudu EB3 munduku vellindi kani, it will be backported. Reason is simple, most EB2s will now downgrade and apply. Quote

The reason most people act like that is we look for stability , we can be kicked off of US anytime and thus having a stable car , house or savings in account so that we can rebuild life if we do get thrown out . EB2 ,EB3 golmal is also to have a stable status as soon as possible . Quote
