I think, PERM lo untadi anukunta.. Na I-140 lo tick kotti unnai DOL page lo. Advanced degree (masters) ani. Nadi bhi same situation, Feb 2013, new employer, no new perm / I-140. Got to start it again from scratch. Stay in touch.

i just spoke to my attorney, let get the perm approved, we will have more clarity
