did they agree to do both file new I140 EB3 and I-485 to gether or after EB3 approval will they do I-485

FT will go through the process. Manager approval, Mee manager manager approval, Reason for downgrade, hr approval and HR need to contact lawyer. They will have to reduce your pay EB3 is for experience less than 5 years.They need to show new job title for downgrade process. 2 months time paduthdhi uscis is planning for retrogesssion in eb3 dates in 2 or 3 weeks.

downgrade is possible and easy for consulting firm and same employer with approved I140 for more than 6 months.

Nee process more than 3 weeks vunte alochinchu and check with attorney

@salim Very good points your mentioned above.Completely agree with you bro.EB2 lo na kante mundu 250k people unnaru(2014 PD) in queue.Na chance vachesariki minimum inko 10 years.adhe EB3 downgrade success ayithe might get it soon.100% agree there is a risk involved and lengthy process as you mentioned about but what I noticed  in my last 13 years in US , you need to be either very lucky or take risk to get GC.I want to give it a try and see.Even if it does-not work out I am ok
