Hello All, 

Congrats to all who got current in Dates for filling

QQ - I have priority date of EB2-2012 (May 14th)  with Emp A (Meshtri) . I moved to EMP B this January 2020, they did not start the process at all. Today I called my Emp A, I asked can he downgrade my EB2 --> EB3 and apply for AOS(Adjustment of status).  He said i have to be in his payroll to start to down grade. For that to happen, i have to do H1b transfer again. for that i have to leave my current job and search for new job again. or should i start the process immediately with emp B ?
