Company A  I140 approved. Company B currently working with I140 ported.

Company B tho perm cheyalle kabbati not eligibe. Downgrade changing from EB2 to EB3 so perm, I140 with same employer vundali . check with attorney

Who told u that ? When u switch employers, process has to start from perm, but u can port PD from previous employer though

If you change state with same employer for porting eb2 to eb3 u need to file perm ani oka rule vundi ani vinna but I don't know
