That's not correct. They might want to have majority in the house of representatives. This elections are held for every 2 years. 

Without control in both houses, presidential powers are often crippled.

FA can move until 2011 mid or end by Sep 2021 and if ban continues it can move until 2014 due to double spillover.
 

coming to filing date, I am not sure by what logic DOS moved DF until 2015, other than to get funding. If they continue to keep FA and DF years apart then there is a chance it can move beyond 2015 next FY.

If I'm right they will accept applications in eb3 and they will not issue EAD for atleast 2 years. It's just a money making strategy to keep USCISSSS fueled.

There was no good reason for him to have this ban in first place. No other president would have done it. He has been an opposer of FB since the beginning and he made his move In the nick of time. He did ban H1B too but for a short period of time. He doesn’t favor us but can get his funding from tech lobby showing this as an achievement.

Coming to minority appeasement, reps did not have a majority in house in this term too. But he signed many EOs and did what he wants with little objection.

H4 ead time lo 1 year delay aindi issue cheyatam for 400K + applicants. I don’t think 60 to 80K ki antha delay aiddi.

This year it is impossible. 

 

Next year, it all depends on how immigration ban hold up. If the immigration ban is not extended, then it is extremely unlikey. If there is an immigration ban until March 31st or until June 30th, then there are slight chances

EOs can be repealed by courts where as laws cant be. 

As far as immigration control is concerned he wanted to target both FB and EB

Tech lobby and Kushner always comes to rescue to EB whereas the FB has no lobbying power.

Eb2 porting and eb3 petitions along with dependents. Ikkada usssscisss ki i140, i485, EAD and then advanced parole. Lot more to review and make a decision.

The chances of Trump winning are 50/50

Even if he wins he may not extend the ban

If he wins and if he tries to extend the ban, once a vaccine is out people can fight in courts and repeal the ban as the Covid emergency situation no longer exists.
