485 expenses employer ye pay cheyyali ani yemi aina vunda ? Ma company lo immigration is asking eho is paying. Management matram noru medabadam ledu. Anavasaram ga delay yenduku manam pay chesukundama ani thinking. Is there any complication with me paying for that ?

Usually employer pay chestadu... FT lo ayuthe you no need to worry... contracting lo Mestri tho terms ela vunte ala... 

I would forward that email to internal immigration team (evvaro okallu vuntaru kada) and ask them for advice...

EMployer doesnt have to file..You can file yourself with employer supporting letter in your pacakge..

Sounds like they sponsored your GC to begin with. Inka commitment endi vadi talakai. Leave it to the legal team to find who pays for 485.

That’s how internal billing works out... your management should pay for your GC and it comes out your manager budget.... 

Usual ga nuvvu oka contact sign chesi vuntayu kada while applying GC, review it and it should say who is paying for your GC... 

If not copy both your manager and immigration team and ask for the advice and tell them you are okay to pay from your pocket if they can’t...
