My PD is in Jan 2018 EB2

new employer tho GC starting which one is better eb2 or eb3

I am preferring eb3

at what point of GC process do we select it as eb2 or eb3, is it when filing i140

can we file both eb2 and eb3 for the same perm at the same time?

Why dont you file in eb2?

oka vella eb3 date mundhu unte you can simply down grade without any process 

just in case eb2 date mundhu unte , you have to file labor again which is a pain

My only issue is

for suppose eb3 date of filing 2018 move aithey due to some unexpected reason

Yesterday Edo webinar lo okaru ide adigaru bro, 

They are telling make sure you have the PERM prepare for Eb2 , at the time of 140 filing you can decide to file eb2 or eb3

 

My collegue same situation lo unadu he thought of Applyinig eb2 earlier now he is has perm certified decding between eb2 or eb3
