y, in general all these are family based gc and only bcz of spill over manaku vachey

ante regular ga family based ki ivanni procesing kada evry year

y it takes so long to process the same Gc in different category

yea I-140 approve ayina tarvatey EAD vastundi, regional center i-140 and EAD approve chesi next national benefit center ki case transfer chestaru, once NBC check chesi GC PD current vuntey ready for scheduled interview ani status change ayi ni local USCIS field office ki application transfer avutundi. based on local FO interview dates availability chusi interview schedule chestaru. ufff

ni priority date current ayi GC vachey varaku H1 and EAD status maintain cheyali safeside. only thing is oct 2nd nuchi EAD renewal ki kuda fee charge chestunda, before AOS pending lo vuntey eni sarlu ayina EAD renewal free. naku telisi eh rule kavali ani fee danchukovataniki change chesara. they know atleast andariki couple of years avutundi date current avadaniki. so apati varaku uscis full money ..

I heard in EB3 there is a limit to give only 10,000 (we should also count dependents) GC per year irrespective of any number of spillover EB3 got. in this case hardly 5,000 applicants are processed in a year

140 eb3 amend ki rfe em rakapothe lucky case fast move avthundi... the most lucky people who got perm approved in last 6 months and can do a complete new 140 in eb3 category, normal downgrade high chances for rfe ani attorney confirm chesthunnaru
