AOS with Old employer

Old mesthri tho eb2 2011 PD later year undi, not current per oct bulletin.

Current with fte, submitted perm last month.

Not going with eb3 until I see my EB2 PD current in final action date of eb3.

Had talk with mesthri, if eb2 current in following months will he support for AOS. He is ok except that I need to be in his payroll which is catch before he files..so ippudu h1 transfer pettukuvali..he is not going to file as future employment, he don't want any questions for his current employees..

I know no one knows what future is..but just want others suggestions or views..I am leaning towards wait with current employer and look for perm result. Instead make rush decision and switch to consultant..not sure how easy to get job in current market..

Now the question is, what does moving back to your old employer mean?  If you have to spend a lot of money, then it may not be worth

the chances of getting GC are higher for EB2 than EB3, EB2 will be getting SO from EB1 this year, 3rd quarter lo EB2 will surpass EB3 FA dates

I am in the same boat. Thinking if it is a good option to shift to old employer and file 140 and 485.

Stay where you are. 2011 for eb2 is not too far way. Hold tight and sit for no later than one year.
