    Yaa it seems from then on we have become.immigrant , so safe plan will be take eb3ead if company allows keep it as a option if you see dates moving fast then we can do that interfile etc back to eb2 ,

    Yes, downgrading is worth it or not and its hard to assume which category the the final action dates will be available soon so much dilemma

    Worth it. EB2 is not going to that level atleast for another 4 years. 

    how I see is, May 2011 lopu EB2 lo minimum 40-50K untaru, e may 2011 lopu andaru will stay in EB2 line only as it is current in filing chart. 

    coming to EB3 - Already final action date Jan 2010 daka move aindhi .. it is estimated that EB3 pending applications are way less than the EB2 applications .. almost 1/4th anta.

    so Jan 2010 nunchi May2011 varaki only EB3 (original EB3) vaallu oka 20k untaremo .. May 2011 nunchi Sep 2011 varaki EB2 vaallu 10-15K and EB3 original vallu 10K esukunna kuda .. total less than 50K

    and if you are planning to stay with same employer .. then probably worth downgrading 

    if EB2 moves faster then you can interfile and change to EB2

    bro what I heard from desimlawyer webinars is even if yiu downgrade and get eb3 and don't use it , if the dates become current its easy to get back to eb2 but if we use the ead in eb3 then optiins are tough
