wrong, you can change underlying I140 to EB2 one. Google I1485 Interfiling

No bro there is a catch If yiu don't use eb3 ead yiu can come back to eb2 , but once tiu use the eb3 ead then you are struck to eb3

Yaa it seems from then on we have become.immigrant , so safe plan will be take eb3ead if company allows keep it as a option if you see dates moving fast then we can do that interfile etc back to eb2 ,if it continues for years and yiu see better job , emergency travel , lay off then we can use ead and stick with eb3

decided to downgrade now..i work for Salesforce they are doing downgrades to all the EB2 applicates whos dates got current
