This is what I got from someone lawyer fee is 1500 anta, just for one person

I-485 - $1,160.00  I-765 - $550.00 I-131 - $590.00

i-140 -700$ ( for downgrading if your perm is approved with in 180 days u can apply premium which is extra)

i-485 -1140$ per applicant ( for kids under 14 750$)

i-131( advance parole ) - 575$ per applicant 

i-765(EAD) -410$ per applicant . (not sure about bio-metric fees but it is 85$ per applicant ) .

 i am only filing 485(485,485j,944) for me and my spouse as i don't want EAD /AP right now ( i have active h1 till 2023).

and i am already on EB3 . so it only cost me 2300$ plus attorney fee .
